Ken Sawyer started C & S Mechanical in Syracuse NY in the late '80s, and relocated to Charlotte NC in 1995.
We are licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The company's facility is located in southwest Charlotte convenient to I-77, I-85 and I-485.
The current facility includes a 15,000 square foot shop where we design and manufacturer ductwork for installation.
Typical project include HVAC installations at open-air shopping centers for retail anchors such as: Target, Best Buy, CVS, Buy Buy Baby, Walgreen's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens-N-Things, HH Gregg, and Old Navy
