Fabrication
The most common service we provide is duct fabrication for HVAC contractors. We manufacture sheet metal products and duct work for the heating, air conditioning, and ventilation industry. C & S has the capability to work with Galvanized, Galvaneal (paint grip), Black Iron, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and perforate metal.
The C & S shop's full-coil, half-coil, spiral machine and plasma table allow us to turn out the duct and fittings that you require, and according to your schedule.
C & S can fabricate any size of rectangular duct, both lined and un-lined, we also can produce un-lined spiral. We can work with materials from 16 to 26 gauge; TDF flange to Slip and Drive, and Pittsburgh or Snap lock seam.

Custom Stainless Steel
We manufacture Stainless Steel ductwork. We specialize in custom built systems including hospital grade ductwork, pharmaceutical exhaust, kitchen and dishwasher exhaust and supply ductwork. Whatever your special stainless requirements may be, C&S Mechanical has the expertise to meet them.

We Fabricate It All
C & S has handled a variety of fab jobs over the years, from government to retail, and small to over $450,000.00. We have fabricated the duct for Target stores all over Virginia and North and South Carolina. We have fabricated full CVS pharmacies, and small retailers from Starbucks to Eddie Bauer.
C & S has also been involved in a variety of governmental projects including: the New Broughton Hospital in Morganton; UNCC Dining Hall; UNCC Energy Production and Infrastructure; Charlotte-Douglas International Airport's new Rental/ Parking deck; Moore County Detention Center; and various projects at MCAS Cherry Point and Camp Lejeune.
